Vans x Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Collection Launch

TALI kicked off the launch of Vans x Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon with a special event held at the Vans Glorietta Store in Makati, Philippines.

Moon, Prism, Skate!

Vans and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon team up for a special collaboration inspired by the beloved tales of love, justice and friendship from the legendary anime. The action-packed collection of footwear, apparel and accessories capture the stories of Sailor Moon and the Sailor Guardians across iconic Vans styles.

TALI conceptualized the event from the ground up  — from creating the event program and presentation to inviting key attendees during the launch. We invited the press, influencers, and the Facebook community group, Sailor Moon Philippines, to be among the first to see the moon-powered collection up close.

An Off the Wall Magical Transformation

Cosplayers Roxanne Kho and Cholo Tolentino dressed as their favorite Sailor Moon characters and welcomed the attendees. Guests also enjoyed taking IG-worthy photos with our Sailor Moon photo wall installation. 

To complete the Sailor Moon experience, we conducted a styling session with Gee Jocson, who gave guests tips on how to style their new Vans x Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon shoes and apparel.

A Very Moonie Community

We collaborated with the Facebook community group, Sailor Moon Philippines to host an offline-to-online promo that encouraged Sailor Moon fans to take a photo with the Vans x Sailor Moon store window.

With the help of this collaboration, we engaged the collection’s core target audience and fostered a brand affinity for Vans. Anime fans are known merchandise lovers, and moonies are no different when it comes to dressing up in apparel featuring their favorite superheroines and feline friends.
